Guarantee

• Our Bond cleaning Guarantee means that we will return free of charge to rectify any issue the agent has with the Cleaning provided by Us and one of Our Sub contractors.
• We require 24-48 hrs of time period from the time we have received the email of the Recleaning from your property manager,
• Our bond return guarantee is only in effect if you contact us within 7 working days Of the performed Service time and date. are contracted after that time period, then the bond return guarantee does not apply.

Carpet Cleaning

Standard carpet cleaning does not include stain removal services. We will make an effort to reduce the visibility of stains. Although some carpet stains are simply permanent and ofcourse we cannot take responsibility for these stains.

Cancellation

If you cancel the order before 48hrs of the date of service then you are eligible to get a refund. On the other hand, if you are late then you are not eligible to get a refund.
